Astoria Federal Mortgage Company is nothing more than building full of uneducated, rude people. I have no idea where they find these entry level loan modification processors but wherever it is, it must be deep from within the bowels of hell. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I call my rep start her greeting with "Yeah...what do you need?”. I want to say "Not you ya old hag". Unfortunately I do need her so I have to be nice. Deep down I just want verbally destroy her....God give me the patience to deal with ignorance.
