Below is just an example- not a real occurrence (unless of course it actually happened to you) (:

Why is it that If I say to you... "you have lipstick on your teeth"

You then say to me, "How dare you say I have dirty teeth! You sorry #@%$! piece of so-and-so, it's not my fault I have lipstick on me, I wouldn't even have known if you had kept your blankedy-blankedy mouth shut! And how do I know you didn't put it there just to make me look bad?!"

Then you immediately call everyone you know and say "you won't believe what she said to me!"

Why do people do that? No, seriously, WHY? It's not the messenger's fault, it might not even be your fault- it's something that you need to be aware of before it embarrasses you- and you kill the messenger for pointing it out??
