It is run by a closeted racist

Everything is waaaaay marked up and none of it (except for the super expensive crap) is even Italian. I understand that it's made in 3rd world countries so that the price can stay down (remember, we're talkin bout $90 t-shirts here...), but you have a hand made car from Italy and you want your clothes made by a child in Bangladesh or China?

There are thefts alllll the time because there are barely any deterents and there's a loose policy (not written down anywhere) that states that if you are good at customer service, NOTHING CAN POSSIBLY GET STOLEN EVER EVER

Mostly does business to Europeans because Americans just think the shit is silly and they will openly mock it

If you try to take pictures, you will be berated and mocked by the manager, regardless of your temperament

If you don't look like you have a ton of money, you WILL be followed suspiciously

If you are even slightly brown skinned (pretty much non-white), you WILL be followed suspiciously

I saw a homeless woman pee right in front of the store

The sunglasses might as well have engineered by a blind, mechanically challenged data entry clerk (that is my best guess anyways, have you seen the ones under $300 and how they are constructed? ROFL)

You could build the ferrari $218 skateboard for a bit less $$ and with way better trucks and wheels

You can and will get fired from there with no warning whatsoever, regardless of whether you are a good, honest worker and were following the lead of the general manager since there are absolutely no policies regarding anything except how long you can wait before you can return an item from a customer (even if you have never been written up, all that is needed is a bullshit excuse, or if possible, you could get blamed by a boss for your shortcomings or be made a scapegoat for a lie the boss made, so he would have to think of some way cover his own tracks)

That goddamn engine sound at the front door is annoying

A bunch of non-union labor was "supposedly" used to build the place, protesters were there every day for a good bit picketing the store

They "might" have a history of paying less than San Fran's minimum wage

You don't need ANY knowledge of Ferrari to work there, just make sure that when you pee in the men's room and you flush the toilet you wipe up any drips of toilet water that flew out of the toilet when it flushed, because if you don't, then the boss will flip out and claim everyone at the store is useless and a step away from getting fired, because "everyone that works there and uses the men's room is a filthy pig," and he will keep claiming this even though you cleaned the bathroom the previous night, no one has used it since then and the toilet water is still blue from the toilet cleaner

Take a REAL good look at the stitching and decals on the t-shirts. Seriously. You represent a super high-end car like Ferrari, but you wanna rock a ferrari t-shirt that is too small for most american men, looks like it was made for wal-mart and has decals that fall off after a couple washes? And a box of erasers for $30? Seriously? Wait...what was that...was that really a box of pencils for $100? They are just regular pencils? And a $18 mousepad with a design that renders it useless for anyone with an optical mouse?

Don't worry about the guy cursing and yelling in front of the customers like they are not around, there was just this shipment that came at an inconvenient time. Just wait until he's done yelling and cursing and throwing boxes out of the elevator and on top of the GLASS DISPLAYS PROTECTING THE EXPENSIVE GOODS on the sales-floor, he'll calm down later and he might even talk REALLY LOUD AT YOU EVEN IF YOU ARE VISIBLY DISTURBED by what you just witnessed (you should've seen those customers, they were terrified), and if you don't speak english, don't worry he will TALK REALLY LOUD AT YOU SO YOU UNDERSTAND (just don't stick around for when he mutters under his breath about non-english speaking motherfuckers if you are easily offended...oh yeah, if you're black, don't be offended by when he keeps refering to african americans as those "black guys" to your face with disdain, but calmly calls them "the african-american fellows" when the president of the store is around (i am still deeply ashamed i didn't break his neck, not that any of this actually "happened")

Essentially, they will slap a box of bullets through this rifle upon receipt, at 100yds and say "everything is fine here...".

I am PISSED!!!!! Not so much that this rifle DOESNT WORK, but that Browning is not taking care of this or EVEN giving me the benefit of the doubt.

so now i have to call our district manager and talk to him about this in the morning because it only happens to me and our manager is on a buissness trip.

but i should not be treated like an icommpetent child who knows nothing.

Yesterday the creep turned up, didn't even bother to knock and just shut the damn gas off. Then he sat in his truck, staring into outer space. I went out and asked what the deal was.

With his surprised and vacant look, he gave me a terrible time and REFUSED to take a payment. Then he drove off, almost swerving his truck into my neighbor's parked car.

I am sick at home with pneumonia. My youngest child took the bus with $200 cash to the 'payment center'. He got the receipt and it shows both the balance paid in full plus the $16.00 RECONNECTION FEE.

That was yesterday and we are still without gas, hot water, ruined chicken that was cooking while the creep shut the gas off. No clean dishes, no laundry, no heater.

I've sent emails to So Cal Gas Company. They were happy to take my cash but when it comes to customer service, they suck.
